The Mint Asian Fusion Cafe, which previously required a trip to North Dallas, now has an outpost in the Shops of Highland Park. One of our favorite menu items is the spicy shrimp and glass noodle salad. These mixed greens tossed with shrimp, noodles, lemongrass, peanuts, tomatoes, and more are cool and light and just the right portion for lunch. And the best part is it’s totally gluten-free. 4246 Oak Lawn Ave. 214-219-6468. themintdallas.com.
