This month is officially the wettest in Texas history. And it doesn’t look like it’s stopping today or tomorrow. (We are all hoping for sunshine soon so our neighbors and friends with flooded homes and businesses can catch some relief.) But hectic schedules go on even when the weather won’t cooperate.
