Employer Direct Healthcare Receives $92 Million Investment and TimelyCare Wins Culture Award

Plus Legacy ER and Urgent Care wins architectural award and DFWBGH names new officers.

Specialty healthcare network solution Employer Direct Healthcare announced a $92 million investment from global software investor Insight Partners, bringing the company’s valuation to $1 billion. The firm serves hundreds of self-funded employers that represent $4 million people and connect with 3,000 providers. The company also named a number of C-suite additions, including Chief Growth Officer Jamie McLeod, who arrived from leadership roles at One Medical and Virgin Pulse; Chief Product Officer Jeremy Leventhal, who previously led teams at Hinge Health and Springbuk; Chief Client Officer Lindsey Conon, who was a senior vice president at Progyny and Chief Marketing Officer Shelly Towns, who previously held the same role at Marathon Health.


Legacy ER and Urgent Care Allen has been recognized by the The Dallas Architecture Forum with the Best Health and Wellness Architecture Award. The 25th Anniversary Design Recognition program acknowledged the 25 most meaningful and influential architecture projects across North Texas over the last 25 years. 5G studio Collaborative handled the architecture work for the 8,500 dual ER and urgent care facility.


Virtual health company TimelyCare has received recognition for Top Workplaces Cultural Excellence categories for employee appreciation, employee well-being, and professional development. The awards are based on employee surveys conducted by Energage.
