Medical Office Building to Break Ground at Denton’s Rayzor Ranch

|

Prime Denton Properties LLC will break ground in March on the first phase of a 22,000-square-foot medical office building at the southwest corner of the Rayzor Ranch development in Denton.

The two-story building at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Scripture Street—adjacent to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton—will be partly occupied by Precision Dermatology, the dermatology practice of Dr. Rick Weisberg, the building’s owner.

The new facility will have multiple tenants, with two Texas Health Resources physicians groups also having committed to the project. Approximately 11,000 square feet of leaseable space remains.

Phase two of the project will be directly adjacent to the initial phase, and just south of the new Rooms to Go store.

The 400-acre, mixed use Rayzor Ranch development, named after the original owners of the land, has been called the biggest commercial real estate development in Denton history.

Wynmark Commercial, which was the procuring broker for Prime Denton Properties’ medical-office-building site, also is handling the project’s leasing.
