Denise Dwight, an experienced leader in executive and physician coaching, has joined HCA North Texas as vice president of patient experience.

Dwight worked previously with HCA North Texas as the division patient experience coach through The Studer Group. The Studer Group works with health care organizations across the globe to improve patient outcomes and the overall patient experience. Her new role will bring this important executive resource in-house.

Dwight served as an account leader and coach with the Studer Group since 2007. While working with the Studer Group, Dwight was recognized with the Flame Award and the Pillar Award for achieving outstanding performance outcomes. Prior to joining the Studer Group, she served as the Chief Human Resources officer for Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg, OR, where she was a member of their leadership team for six years.

Dwight received her bachelor’s degree from Warren National University in Cheyenne, Wyoming in Business Administration.
