The College of Health Care Professions has opened a new campus in Dallas at 8390 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 300.

“We can now meet the overwhelming demand we’ve seen for our on-campus programs in the Greater Dallas area,” said CEO Jon Emerald.

Founded in Houston in 1988 by physicians at the Texas Medical Center, the Dallas site gives it five locations in Texas; the others are in Austin, Houston Northwest, Houston Southwest, and San Antonio.

The school offers a wide range of career programs, including vocational nurse, health information technology, dental assistant, medical coding and billing, massage therapist, diagnostic medical ultrasound, personal fitness trainer, and surgical technologist.

“CHCP is also committed to offering students, graduates and fellow healthcare associates continuing education programs that will give them the tools necessary to stay current and advance their career fields with the latest changes and updates in the healthcare industry,” Emerald said.
