Nasher Looks to Document the Tenth Street Historic District. Tenth Street is one of the country’s few remaining freedman’s towns, and the Nasher Sculpture Center has awarded a grant to artist Vicki Meek to help memorialize its history. Mockingbird Station Is on the Market. Dallas’ first true transit-oriented development, which abuts a DART line near SMU, is for sale. It includes over 150,000 square feet of office and 200,000 square feet of retail space.
