    2. Did the Irving health director quit, as he threatened to do on the news the other night?

    4. Still not sure how the lady didnt know she got charged $109. I get an email every time I leave DFW with a receipt telling me how much I paid. Leaving room for the glitch not sending one, Since she knew there was a glitch, she should have been checking her Toll Tag account. And even then, did she not miss $109 out of her checking account, or see it on her bank statement?
