Sometime D Magazine contributor Ray Hutchison has died at the age of 81. In addition to writing for the magazine, Hutchison, who was married to former Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, led the negotiations to bring the Washington Senators to Dallas (or Arlington), and he played a major role in building DART and DFW Airport. The News has more.
