He’s back! Via texas.rangers.mlb.com

As most people know, I’m not much for recommending sporting activities here. But since the Rangers are playing the Yankees, and New York still unofficially feels like home even though some people are haters, I figured I could be flexible.

Also, someone told me over the weekend that tickets to tonight’s game were sold out, so I checked this morning. That was false information. You can still get not-entirely-unreasonable tickets. Yu Darvish returns from the disabled list to pitch for the Rangers, while Ivan Nova is up for the Yankees. Fun fact that I learned about two minutes ago: Nova and I are the same age.

Meanwhile, One Direction, part of a long and enduring history of manufactured boybands, has a concert at the American Airlines Center. This is only recommended if you feel like injecting pure saccharine into your veins and blowing your precious eardrums on scrawny teenagers and their shrieking fans.
