Concert to Feature Special Guests Jordin Sparks and Honor Society; Tickets On Sale Saturday, March 28 at Noon

LAS VEGAS — Grammy nominated and platinum-selling recording artists Jonas Brothers will bring their recently announced worldwide tour, “The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009,” to the Mandalay Bay Events Center Saturday, Aug. 1. Special guests American Idol-winner and 19 Entertainment/Jive Records’ platinum-selling artist Jordin Sparks, along with rising stars Honor Society, will open the concert scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

Tickets priced at $89.50 and $69.50, not including applicable service charges, go on sale Saturday, March 28 at noon at all Las Vegas Ticketmaster locations (select Smith’s Food and Drug Centers and Ritmo Latino). Ticket sales are limited to eight (8) per person. To charge by phone with a major credit card, call Mandalay Bay at (877) 632-7400 or Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. “The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009” presented by Burger King®, kicks off June 20 in Dallas at the new Cowboys Stadium and will feature new music from the scheduled June 15 worldwide release of their Hollywood Records album The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009. The tour will present the band’s most ambitious production yet and will include a massive 140-foot-plus stage centered in the arena. This aims to give a larger number of Jonas Brothers fans a closer, more interactive live concert than they’ve experienced ever before.

The performance will feature cutting-edge technology used in a one-of-a-kind circular water screen, multi-color laser effects, motion automated video screens, a giant crane levitating over the audience, along with other surprises that will bring the tour to the next level of concert entertainment.

“This tour is going to be about really connecting with our fans,” says Joe Jonas. “We’ve got new music that’s taking us in new directions plus a mind-blowing production that’s going to surprise everyone. We want to give the audience the summer concert they’re not going to ever forget.”
