So we have the worst crime rate in the country, the DPD is stretched thin, and yet the DPD is spending time and money going after massage parlors where they love you long time. Good prioritizing, Serpico. (And on a side note, what’s worse? Being some sad wretch who can only get a little human touch by paying for it, or being the kind of person who would take even that little bit of human warmth away from him?)
