Over at Unfair Park, Fingers of Fury has just come to the realization that we’re downwind of several large cement kilns and that these kilns belch a lot of bad stuff into the air. Robert writes:

Well, except the EPA, TCEQ, the group that brought the lawsuit and pretty much anyone who works in the cement-making business.
Um lessee. You can add Erin Brockovich to that list. And, well, most of North Texas. Ever heard of Joe Barton, Robert?
