HOW DIRTY IS D-FW INTERNATIONAL?

|

It is a story the Morning News has largely–and strangely–ignored, the trial of Susan Heath v. Dallas-Fort Worth International. Heath is a former environmental affairs analyst at the airport who alleges it covered up information about its waste water system, which she says was in violation of the Clean Water Act.

Funny thing about that last bit. Yesterday a D-FW official said the state not only knew about the problem of wastewater getting into streams and lakes, but authorized it at the airport.

Go enivonmentally conscious leaders!
