JAZZ

|

Many emails on this one. It’s not always easy for me to pick up for some reason, but I only use the metal plate in my head for an antenna:

Don’t forget that the University of North Texas in Denton is home to a spectacular jazz studies program and a 100,000-watt jazz radio station that beams into Dallas. The NT campus radio station, KNTU, can be found at 88.1 on your FM dial. The disc jockeys are amateur students learning about the broadcasting biz, but you’ll be sure to hear plenty of Miles, Monk and more.
