Indeed it would. I, too, recently protested my valuation at the DCAD. Word to the wise: there’s a big difference between an informal hearing and a full-on formal Appraisal Review Board Inquisition. I accidentally signed myself up for the latter. Readers of the print version of FB can expect to see a column about it in their August issue–though I’m sure Reid will skip it.
