According to this NYPost story, Lindsay Lohan did not want the Simpson sisters to be at her apres-MTV Awards party because Ashlee took Wilmer Valderrama away from her. So the Simpsons went to Jimmy Fallon’s party instead and had a great time–until Lindsay showed up and Jessica threatened to put up her Dukes of Hazzard (sorry). But then Lindsay said it was all a mistake. They all made out with each other until sun-up. (Note: that last part is just speculation.)
