Have yourself a crawfish boil.

Just because we don’t live in Louisiana doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in local crawfish, shrimp, and crab spices. Mike’s Mojo is a company out of Fort Worth that specializes in seafood seasoning. Even the least experienced cook can make a crawfish boil taste amazing with this product.

One package contains enough seasoning for seven pounds of crawfish. You just pour enough water into a cooking pot to barely cover the crawfish, but don’t put the crawfish in yet. Add Mike’s Mojo and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood and allow to boil for six minutes. Remove from heat and let stand in liquid for about 10 minutes. Add some boil potatoes and corn and you have yourself a crawfish boil.

Mike’s Mojo can be found at all Tom Thumb locations or via their website.
