He sounds pretty desperate for a Zombie or Mai Tai. Or a vacation.
I recently sipped on a delightful, off-menu Tiki cocktail at Parliament (those bartenders will make anything you ask for). Also, Rapscallion will soon offer Tiki drinks mixed with house-made coconut butter. Is there anywhere else in town serving exotic, over-the-top cocktails?
