The heat continues, so the truck schedules are still slower. One food truck operator told me “it’s picking up.” We also see lots of back-to-school PTA events. This week, a large contingent of food trucks will be at The Village Apartments Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, many will be at Sigel’s on Greenville Avenue.
