Full disclosure: I am a big fan of Ham I Am. I send their hickory-smoked peppered ham to friends at Christmas and Thanksgiving. I always have a pack of peppered bacon (with a hint of brown sugar) in my freezer (makes a bitchin’ BLT). Last year I tried Ham I Am’s cinnamon walnut coffee cake along with the peppered bacon and my mother’s egg casserole. Corner Bakery also makes a great coffee cake.
