blythe-head-shot2Last night Kristiana and I stopped by Central 214 to taste some of chef Blythe Beck’s new creations and to meet the woman herself. We tried a few different dishes, pictured after the jump. As we’ve mentioned here before, Beck is the star of a new television show coming out on Oxygen called “The Naughty Kitchen With Chef Blythe Beck.” The “With Chef Blythe Beck” part was recently added, and of course, Beck is extremely excited that her name will be in the title of the show. They start filming May 11, and they will be shooting at the restaurant 6 days a week for four months, so if you’re looking for some facetime on television, we recommend heading over to Central 214. Jump for pics.

New menu items include:Shrimp & Cayenne Deviled Eggs

Crispy Fried Prosciutto-Wrapped Cheddar Cheese with Spicy Avocado
and Apple Barbeque Sauce

Herb-Stuffed Pork Chops with Apple Sweet Potato Hash Mustard Sauce
