Report From L.A.: Irv’s Burgers

|
Image

Saturday I spent the day in Los Angeles, the city of angels and great food. As soon as I arrived, I made a b-line to Irv’s Burgers, a hamburger stand in West Hollywood (Santa Monica near Sweetzer) where they serve one of the best burgers in the land. (You can read their whole story here.) It a walk-up shack where they grind the beef as they go, flip them on a 58-year old griddle, and hand write thank you notes on paper plates. Enjoy the photos after the jump.
