Nancy tells me that everyone has been talking about GermanDeli, a European food store that is currently located in Southlake. The store is moving to new 5,000 digs in Colleyville at 5100 Highway 121, adjacent to the Healthy Approach natural food store. GermanDeli will stock all kinds of German, Swiss, Austrian and French goodies, as well as sausages and cold cuts prepared in the European and German tradition. According to the press release, GermanDeli has the widest selection of German food products in the USA, and it’s easy to believe–just check out their website, germandeli.com. (I want this and this right now.) The Southlake store will close at the end of the day on September 14 and the new store will open up on the 18th. Store hours will be Mon–Sat 9am–9pm and Sun 10am–6pm.
