One of the prettiest restaurants in town just added a little touch of Texas cheese to the menu: starting August 21, French Room chef Jason Weaver, will feature a “taste of cheeses” from the Haute Goat Cheese Creamery in Lubbock, Texas. First up will be Haute Goat’s Grana, Pomme de Chevre, Ari, and Jilli & Blue Ballz. These cheeses are produced by Nancy Patton at her creamery in Lubbock, where she raises 20 goats.
