CPI Mortgage Investors LP has sold a 2.5-acre tract of land at 2626 Howell Street in Dallas to Luby’s Fuddruckers Restaurants LLC. Daniel Taylor and Rich Flaten of CBRE Dallas represented the seller in the transaction. Kelly Hampton of Venture Commercial represented the buyer.
