Origination, valuation, and execution. Those are the main topics that will be discussed at D CEO’s Nov. 12 Dealmaker Insights panel, presented in partnership with the Association for Corporate Growth-DFW.

It’s all part of our seventh annual M&A Awards event, which will recognize the top mergers and acquisitions in North Texas—and the dealmakers who made them happen.

Gemma Descoteaux, Moderator

The panel, “Doing Deals in Times of Uncertainty,” will feature moderator Gemma Descoteaux of Sheppard Mullin, plus these experts:

  • Ron Baker, Executive Vice President, Cadence Bank
  • Heather Hubbard, Managing Partner, Valesco Industries
  • Gretchen Frary Seay, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Clearsight Advisors

Along with the panel discussion and awards presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to network with one another via D CEO’s virtual event platform.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 12, and tickets are just $20. Use this link to register.
