Wesley Bryan, cofounder of software company OneSource Virtual, is taking on a newly created role—chief product and technology officer. As a result, the former chief operating officer of OneSource will hand off his COO duties to Trey Campbell, who has served on OneSource’s advisory board.
In his new job, Bryan will be responsible for improving service delivery capabilities of OneSource’s cloud-based business management solutions. He will report to CEO Brian Williams.
“By dividing up my current responsibilities, I will now be able to focus on evolving and expanding our solutions, giving Trey the ability to focus on execution of the business,” Bryan said in a release. “It’s the ideal opportunity to continue creating a positive impact through my passion for building service delivery platforms and the most efficient processes enabled by exceptional cloud technologies.”
Bryan served as COO for nearly eight years. He was responsible for creating the company’s current business delivery model, developing key markets, helping secure three rounds of funding, and aiding in the company’s international expansion starting with Derry, Northern Ireland, and London.
Campbell has more than 30 years of sales, operations, technology, and management experience. He has held leadership roles at companies including AT&T, Exult, AonHewitt, Accenture, and NorthgateArinsio.
OneSource Virtual relocated its headquarters from Irving to Dallas last year following a $150 million raise. Since then the company has been expanding its offices to grow beyond Dallas, Phoenix, and Ireland. Last year, OneSource said it expected to have 1,400 employees by the end of 2017, with about 1,000 based in Dallas.
