On top of everything else, Brett Shipp raises questions about whether Hill has violated campaign finance laws. Shipp has been trying for two weeks to ask Hill about it. Last night’s video showed the councilman, finally cornered by a camera, saying, “Oh, now I don’t want to talk about campaign finance.” I’m sure he doesn’t.
