There is an article by Russell Gold in the Wall Street Journal today highlighting HOV lane issues on I-35 and 635, and quoting a guy from DART. I can’t link to it because I don’t have an online subscription.

“The rate of accidents involving injuries increased as much as 56% for stretches of Dallas freeway that have HOV lanes…”

I’m guessing that person was Morgan Lyons, spokesperson for DART. I’m also guessing Morgan will tell me if it wasn’t.
