Encore Enterprises has purchased a 19-acre tract of land at the northeast corner of Custer Road and Stacy Road in McKinney. The property was purchased for retail development. A major grocer is under contract, projected to open in 2016, and 20,000 square feet of retail shop space is available. W. Thurston Witt, Jr. and Tey Tiner of UCR Dallas represented the seller, Craig Ranch Partnership, and Brandon Harris of UCR Dallas represented Encore Enterprises.
