Nov. 16 – Dec. 06 | Music Hall at Fair Park

In 2015, Lin-Manuel Miranda debuted Hamilton as an off-Broadway play that diversified America’s Founding Fathers and notable American figures. Since its debut, the play received critical acclaim for its interpolation of the nation’s beginnings through the lens of immigrants and people of color. Thundercat is no stranger to Dallas. The award winning bass musician has appeared onstage at one of Erykah Badu’s birthday bashes, and contributed to New Amerykah, Badu’s 2008 album. His contributions also include Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly, placement on Issa Rae’s Insecure, and his several critically acclaimed albums, like Grammy Award winning It Is What It Is.
