I discovered Full Quiver Cream Cheese Spread at Whole Foods in Lakewood a while back. Their spreads are spectacular. They have sweet and savory varieties (the sweet being my favorite) in flavors such as garlic and chive, pineapple chunk, and strawberry.

Full Quiver Farms is located in Kemp, Texas, about 30 miles east of downtown Dallas. They milk their cows twice a day, turning out several different types of cheeses. The farm offers Grade A raw milk, fresh mozzarella, cheddar, colby, monterey and jalapeño jack cheeses, and different yogurts. They also sell eggs and meat from the farm directly.

On a number of occasions I have put their strawberry cream cheese spread on various types of carbs. It’s a crowd pleaser on anything that’s warm and toasty. Actually, it’s even delightful by the spoonful. The cream cheese spread is light, fluffy and full of large chunks of fresh fruit.

Full Quiver Farms encourages you to visit their location where they have a store stocked with all of their products. They have homemade soaps that are made by the family daughters, handmade aprons, jams, jellies, and more. I have not tried any products other than the cream cheese spread, but if they are half as delicious, then I’m all in.
