The 3rd annual Texas Food Truckn’ Fest will take place at the Ballpark this weekend on Friday and Saturday.  There are a lot of food trucks and trailers from outside of this area and a few fan favorites.  The constantly updated list can be found here, and thus far includes: Bobaddiction, Bombay Street Food, Simply Dosa,Texas Burrito Company, The Butcher’s Son, What’s Da Scoop, Gandolfo’s, Maui Wowi, Yim-Yam, ParrotIcce, Rockn’ Ricks,Eat Jo Dawgs, Mr. Snowie, Cup Cakin’ Machine, Yummy Pizza, Holy Frijole, Salsa Limon, The Great Australian Meat Pie Co., Dough Boys, Food Station, Vegan Noms, Mo’ Joe a Go-Go, My Cupcake Garden, Say Kimchi, Spin Sushi, Brown’s BBQ, Er Thang Cajun, Mad Grill, Misha’s Kitchen, Tail Feathers Wing Wagon, The Taste Of Cuba,  Wayne’s Flame Smoke Company, Croc and Gators, Ballpark Express, and Big Daddy’s BBQ.

The highlighted trucks/trailers above are part of our weekly schedule.  I know of a few of the others, but many are untried.

Parking is free.  The entry cost is $10/$12 per adult (Friday/Saturday) and $5 per kid under age 12, plus food.  Lots of music as well.

If you love expanses of concrete, lots of people, and lots of food, this is the place this weekend.

Or you can go to The Truck Yard, kick back, and visit with Easy Slider.

Here’s your weekly schedule.  With our April showers, be sure to check Facebook and Twitter before venturing out.
