Woman Killed After Second Hit-and-Run Accident. Eunise Chavez was a passenger in a car that was struck on northbound Central early Sunday by a driver that left the scene. Chavez and the driver were standing on the median to call 911 when Chavez was hit and killed by a maroon Audi driven by Michelle Davis, who didn’t stop and later abandoned the vehicle 4 miles away. Romero has a history of preaching this kind of hateful nonsense.
