Make-A-Wish Does Good [sniffle sniffle]

|

[Warning: Snark-free post to follow, courtesy of MetaFilter] Sterling Watson is a 12-year-old kid from Mesquite who was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma. When Make-A-Wish asked him what he wanted to do in this lifetime, he said, “Be President.” So President Sterling was inaugurated for a day. He made speeches to the Department of Education (check out the pic; dude looks good behind a podium), the USPS, the EPA, and more. He got the security detail and the limo rides. He even got the Presidential treatment at lunch, as a blogger who worked at the restaurant reports.

I think there’s something in my eye. Allergy season really is bad this time of year, ain’t it?
