Flying DFW

There is only one good reason to fly out of DFW: Terminal D. There, you can stroll past sophisticated shops, eat at above-average restaurants, and gaze at floor medallions such as Early Morning Flight, a mosaic by Dallas artist Billy Hassel.

Flying Love Field

Love Field is closer, cheaper, easier to get around, and, after extensive remodeling, generally stocked with better shops and restaurants. One downside: you’re almost certainly flying Southwest and will have to deal with “funny” flight attendants.
