Keep your wellness-related New Year’s resolutions going strong with a handful of fun (and some free) fitness events this month.  


Cupid’s Undie Run
Get down to your skivvies during this hilarious run with a serious goal–to raise money for Neurofibromatosis. Cupid’s is a party on foot with a wild (but not mandatory) dress code. Gather your friends and be a part of the movement to #EndNF.

Yoga at Klyde Warren Park
Practice peace and serenity in the park with guidance from Dallas Yoga Center. This relaxing morning workout is free and available weekly, weather-permitting.
When: 10 a.m. Saturdays

Yoga at Community Beer Co.
Everybody knows the best reward for a hard workout is an ice cold beer. Get both in one place during a yoga session at Community Beer Co. The session ends with a complimentary pint and a tour of the brewery.

Paddleboard Aqua Yoga
There are several yoga options in town, but the Jewish Community Center of Dallas is offering a slight twist on the beloved activity. Step into the center’s indoor heated pool and climb on top of a paddleboard. The hour-long class combines yoga poses with stand-up paddleboarding. All levels of experience and fitness levels are welcome. 
When: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Mondays, 7-8 p.m. Wednesdays, and 1-2 p.m. Sundays

Wu Style Tai Chi at Crow Collection of Asian Art
Instructor Mark Holmgren guides you toward your inner chi during Saturday sessions at the beautiful Asian art museum. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience, to enjoy this ancient art of simplicity.
