Charlotte Jones Anderson takes charge the Dallas Cowboys as the Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer, but off the field she is fitness boss. She balances a love of lattes and cheesy Tex Mex with daily cardio sessions at TerlinGo Cycle and keeping up with her three active children. Here, she shares what’s playing on her iPod, her typical breakfast routine, and what it means to her to be fit.

If you’ve got only 20 minutes to work out, what’s your routine?
Something quick and easy: A rotation of jump rope, sit-ups, and push-ups in a quick circuit.

What’s your typical daily workout routine?
Spinning at TerlinGo Cycle!  I like a high-intensity cardio workout, guaranteed sweat, and stress relief. I also mix in weights two or three times a weekmostly free weights for arms.

What’s your usual breakfast?
I can’t go without my latte and usually scrambled eggs and blueberries.

What is your go-to cheat meal?
Definitely Mexican food at Mr. Meseros. It’s worth every bit of cheating.

Name a song from your workout playlist.
One of the best things about spin is that there’s a new playlist every ride, but when I’m on my own these will get me going:Katy Perry’s “Roar,” Pink’s “Raise Your Glass,” and Tina Turner’s “Proud Mary.”

How would you define being “healthy” and “fit”?
Feeling great about yourself and having the physical ability to play any activity with your kids!
