Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy.

Whether your political views align more with Katy Perry or Ted Nugent (or perhaps you like to keep some things private, à la Taylor Swift), there’s one thing that the majority of us should be able to agree upon: today is both monumental and incredibly angst-inducing.

To help, we rounded up a few classes that can best assist you in mentally escaping the madness. Treat yourself, Dallas.

HIIT It Out

It’s hard to worry too much about emails or tax evaders when you’re moving from one high-intensity interval to another.

The Barre Code in the Design District: Spots still available in their HIIT class at 5:30pm.

Vital Fitness Studio Beneath The Joule: Try out V3 (the revamped studio’s new signature class) at 7:15pm.

Grit Fitness in the Design District: The studio is offering a free Turbo Kick class with a new instructor at 6:45pm.

*Try an alternative to HIIT with PHIT (Pilates Hybrad Interval Training). Spots are still available in Beyond Studio’s 7pm class at their Henderson Avenue location.

Breathe in the soothing affirmations, breath out the frustrating contradictory statements.

Uptown Yoga: Get your all-level vinyasa flow on at 6:45pm at the studio’s Uptown location, or enjoy a deep stretch at the Lakewood location at 7pm.

We Yogis: Learn how to meditate in addition to some deep stretching in the studio’s 6pm class at their Lovers Lane location.

Plum Yoga in Lower Greenville: Flow it out and sweat it out to the beat of a “groovy playlist” in the Dallas-based studio’s heated Power Flow Yoga class at 6:30pm.

Spin It Out

Never have I ever left a spin class without feeling a little bit lighter. Plus, there are always a few transcendent moments within those forty-five minutes where you forget about things like grocery list, or Billy Bush.

SoulCycle in Preston Hollow: Seats still available in classes scheduled at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm.

Zyn22: Seats still available in classes scheduled at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm at the new Uptown location.

FlyWheel in Highland Park: Seats still available in classes scheduled at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm.

(On a totally random note: how about a little time diversity, local spin studios?)
