paulalambertMozzarella Company’s Paula Lambert loves to cook and travel. For the past year, she has been organizing trips to Tuscany and leading cooking tours and classes. Now she has formalized her adventure. She created Viaggi Deliziosi, her “own little travel company.”

Her Tuscan trips for 2013 are sold out but she’s just released her 2014 schedule. The week-long trips begin and end in Florence (oh, that sucks). Jump for the schedule and a brief description of the trips. Or visit Viaggi Deliziosi’s Facebook page.

I have just chosen my dates for 2014. I hope that you might be interested in coming to Tuscany with me then.

May 3 – 10, 2014

May 10 – 17, 2014

September 27 – October 4, 2014

October 4 – 11, 2014

All of these weeks will be based at Podere le Radichhie, a lovely villa in the Chianti District of Tuscany, located between Florence and Siena. It is a very special property completely surrounded by vineyards. It has lovely gardens and vistas.

The weeks will begin and end in Florence.  Each day we will explore villages and interesting sites near the villa and have lunch at a local restaurant. We will cook together three evenings. Two evenings a chef will come to the villa to cook for us, and we will go out to dinner two evenings. There will be 8 guests each week, plus my assistant and me.

The cost will 3950 Euros for the week at the villa, with everything included from the moment we leave Florence until we return.  To make it simple for you, I have decided to include all the tips for the staff, drivers, guides and restaurants in this amount.
