Whether we admit it or not we all want our kids to be all-stars. No shame, right? Well, lucky for us Dallas Stars is presenting Little Rookies–a free opportunity to teach your kid from ages four to eight to be the best hockey player in the rink. This four-week program starts on September 28th and includes all surrounding area rinks in an effort to grow and promote hockey in North Texas (as well as your child’s ability to play). There are no gimmicks or strings attached. Your child gets hands-on training with all inclusive lessons and a jersey souvenir to take home when it is finished. No equipment purchases are necessary.

The four-week program meets for a thirty-minute class this fall. It could change your child’s athletic future. Or, if anything, burn some energy for a long weekend until Monday rolls around. Either way, it is a win-win! Go to dallasstars.com/littlerookies to search participating rinks closest to you, and the time offered at that location. Don’t delay: sign ups for fall close next Wednesday.
