We continue to see plenty of capacity of both equity and debt in the market, providing an opportunity to take advantage of attractive deals more quickly and more easily than in years past.

There are always ways to find value at any point in the cycle. You just have to be discerning and creative and turn over some rocks to see what is hidden underneath.
