Was That the Best Time of Year to Go? Yes, because our daughter was out of school and the weather was perfect.

Why I Went There: Our daughter was participating in the People to People Leadership Ambassador Program.  My husband and I stayed in D.C. while she was there and toured the sites on our own.

If I Went Again: I would stay longer. We did not have enough time to see everything we wanted to see.
