Bright, bold, hues of orange and pink along with flowers of all shapes and sizes were commonplace on many Spring 2009 RTW runways, especially Luella’s. This little frock reminds me of the fun, rattan Flower Basket Table currently at Anthropologie ($248). Both are bright, festive and begging for it to finally be Spring.
