6 a.m.
Wake up and make a cup of coffee. This is my sacred time before anyone else wakes up, and I can take a look at my email to make sure nothing urgent needs to be addressed.
6:30 a.m.
Start preparing breakfast for the family.
6:45–7 a.m.
Family slowly starts waking up. The rush is on to eat and get dressed and ready for school.
8 a.m.
Drop off kids at school.
8:30 a.m.
Work out with my trainer, Jon McDowell, at Vive Personal Training.
9:45 a.m.
Grab a smoothie or juice at The Gem juice bar.
10 a.m.
Check email, direct messages, and other correspondence.
11 a.m.
Work on new recipes, take photos of finished recipes, and destroy my kitchen.
3 p.m.
Post-kitchen cleanup, I edit recipes, posts, and get them blog-ready. When finished, I dedicate this time to again check my email, direct messages, and other correspondence.
5 p.m.
Kids are home and nanny leaves. This is when I unplug and spend time with them.
6 p.m.
Cook dinner (or reheat food depending on what I made that day).
7:30 p.m.
Kids’ bath time.
8 p.m.
Start getting the kids into bed for book time.
8:30 p.m.
Kids’ lights out.
8:45 p.m.
Head straight to my bathroom and draw a hot bath. Soak while reading a book.
9:15 p.m.
Netflix and chill with my husband.
10:30 p.m.
Go to bed.
