Art Home on Ricks
Home designed by Lynne Tonti and art by Janet McGreal

Last week we here at D Home received a mysterious invitation to the Art Home On Ricks, and I, being new to the team and a wee bit curious, decided to journey on over for the preview party. Real estate agent Erin Mathews summed up my train of thought exactly, wondering “what is this and why are we here?” I got the scoop:

Dallas transplant Lynne Tonti purchased a lot on West Ricks Circle and, along with the help of her sister Janet McGreal, designed a spec house. Instead of staging it with furniture, the duo has turned it into a gallery for Janet, who creates art in acrylic, copper, and steel. All of the pieces, as well as the house, are for sale. Janet’s fans include Oprah, both Peyton and Eli Manning, and Mick Jagger. For all of the stats, you can click here.

Want to stop by and take a gander for yourself? The house will be open to the public on November 15 —18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
