I’ve been a big fan of LULU DK since it’s inception a little over ten years ago. Maybe because Lulu de Kwiatkowski has such a glamorous life—growing up in the Hampton’s with five siblings and a monstrously talented mother, school and falling in love in Paris, travel in Morocco, Parsons’ School of Design, the whole picture. Plus, she’s incredibly beautiful. Doesn’t seem fair except I really like her textile collection with it’s fresh patterns and lively colors. This new pattern Colors is inspired by a collage of scraps of paper that she has collected over the years. Her entire collection is available here to the trade at ID Collection, but the blonde in the picture doesn’t come with. Too bad, I love the retro look of the beehive and sunglasses.
