The State Fair may end today, but four-year-old Kavin Crummett, left, one-year-old Kai Crummett, and Cameron Crummett will always remember playing Skeeball and enjoying the terrific weather the last week of the event. Jason Janik

We all may dream of sandos, corny dogs, all fried things, and the sounds of the Midway until next year, when we find new things to fry and new fun to be had. One thing that always lasts? The fun memories made during our visits, like the Crummett family found as four-year-old Kavin (left), one-year-old Kai, and mom Cameron enjoyed a game of Skeeball. Find more of Jason Janik’s daily photography at the fair here.
