With the holiday season fast approaching there is no better time to talk about pickled cranberries than now. I came across T-Rex Pickles products at the Deep Ellum outdoor market this weekend. Owner and crafter, Travis Bush, uses craft beer from local brewer, Four Corners Brewing Co. to pickle all of the produce he jars and sells. On that given day he had okra, pickles, squash, green beans, garlic, onions, relish and of course, cranberries.

The cranberries are made with a seasonal brew from Four Corners called “La Lechuza.” The flavor profile is tart with a hint of sweet. Perfect for pairing with your turkey and dressing.

Bush also scored a load of amazing vintage canning jars that he is using for the pickled cranberries this season. Each one is unique and once empty would make for a great way to show off a beautiful succulent or flower arrangement.

You can purchase the pickled cranberries in small and large jars ranging for $8 to $15. To find out more about T-Rex products and where you can find them visit their Facebook page.
